Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you’re unable to attend a class, either free or paid, you have other options available to you other than just canceling.

You could transfer to a future class or ask for a class credit. Reach out via email at training@funra.org or call us at 571-358-9552 to discuss your options.

PAID Classes

Students are required to cancel at least three (3) days in advance of the class date to receive a full (100%) refund.

Cancellations of less than three (3) days but more than 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours before the class will not be refunded.

FREE Classes

Our time, resources, and space are all limited so there is a cancellations policy for ‘Free’ classes as well. This policy is to ensure that there is space available for interested Students and to prevent Students who consistently cancel from preventing the attendance of others.

Students for free classes are required to cancel at least two (2) days in advance of the class date to be able to attend a future free class without any issues.

Cancellations of less than two (2) days will cause a review of that Student’s next free class registration.

A Student who cancels class more than two (2) times in a 60 day period will have any free class registrations canceled and will have to contact us before registering for another free class.
