We are FUN/RA Training; Folx United Now / Reaction & Assistance Training. Our goal is to help marginalized peoples acquire the skills that are, unfortunately, required to survive this modern crappy world.
Our Board of Directors wanted to create an organization that would be able to reach communities commonly overlooked by mainstream training organizations and businesses.
We serve the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) areas with focus on the National Capital Region (NCR). We don’t want to limit ourslves though, so if you are interested, please CONTACT US.
Who We Are
Our President
William ‘Bill’ Allen (He/Him) is an Army veteran of 20+ years, part of the LGBTQ+ community, a former Patient Escort at Planned Parenthood, and the founder of FUN/RA Training. He has a wide variety of military and civilian experiences that he brings to the table. He is also a member of Equality Prince William, PWC PFLAG, The Liberal Gun Club, and the National African American Gun Association.

- Instructor for Active Shooter Response for CRASE (ALERRT) and CMST (USCCA)
- Instructor for 1st Aid/CPR/AED for the Red Cross and the American Health & Safety Institute (ASHI)
- Instructor for Emergency Trauma for Stop the Bleed (ACS & StB Coalition), TECCC, and Stop Life-Threatening Bleeding (Red Cross/ASHI)
Our Vice President
Cytisus ‘Cy’ Eurydice (They/Them) has been volunteering with the Innocent Lives Foundation (ILF) for over 3 years as a deception & cyber threat investigator and is a co-founder of FUN/RA Training. They have a wide variety of government and civilian experiences that have helped guide our organization.

Our secretary
Kirstin Doan (She/Her) is a licensed attorney in multiple jurisdictions, an experienced Threat Intelligence Analyst, part of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, and is a co-founder of FUN/RA Training. Her legal background and a wide variety of corporate experiences assist the organization on a daily basis.
