Cancellation, Refund, & Minimum Class Size Policies

If you’re unable to attend a class, either free or paid, you have other options available to you other than just canceling.

CANCELLATION & REFUND Policy

PAID Classes

Full Refund: Students are required to cancel at least two (2) days in advance of the class date to receive a full (100%) refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations of less than two (2) days but more than 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.

No Refunds: Cancellations of less than 24 hours before the class will not be refunded.

FREE Classes

Our time, resources, and space are all limited so there is a cancellations policy for ‘Free’ classes as well. This policy is to ensure that there is space available for interested Students and to prevent Students who consistently cancel from preventing the attendance of others.

Students for free classes are required to cancel at least one (1) day in advance of the class date to be able to attend a future free class without any issues.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours will cause a review of that Student’s next free class registration.

A Student who cancels class more than two (2) times in a 60 day period will have any free class registrations canceled and will have to contact us before registering for another free class.

MINIMUM CLASS SIZE Policy

FUN/RA Training reserves the right to cancel courses with enrollments below the following minimums:

PAID Classes

  • There is a minimum of 4-6 students for paid classes
  • Class minimum varies by venue and length of class
  • This is due to our policy of charging just enough to cover operating expenses.

FREE Classes

  • There is a minimum of 4-10 students for free classes
  • Class minimum varies by venue and length of class
  • This is due to venue policies requiring a certain amount of attendees for particular spaces to be used by us

FUN/RA Training reserves the right to cancel courses up to and within 24 hours of a course.

Any such cancellations will result in students being given the following options:
  • Full refund
  • Transferred to a future class
  • Credit to be used towards a future course of choice
